How Does The Doctor Home Visit Service Work?

Our after hours doctors are available to come see you at times you can’t reach your regular GP. They can treat your for a range of common ailments, and provide all the details to your GP the next day.

Booking An Appointment

Call us on 1300 DR TO ME (1300 37 86 63) and speak to our friendly staff.

Fully Bulk-Billed

No call-out fee if you have a valid Medicare or DVA card (appointment will be bulk-billed). If you do not have Medicare or DVA, please contact our staff on 1300 37 86 63.

Visit Time-Frame

We will advise you of the home doctor's visiting time-frame (this is usually within 2 hours from the time of call). Our doctor team will call you before arriving.

Doctor's Visit

Our after hours doctor will complete medical examination and provide medical treatment & medications where appropriate. We can also provide you with a free overnight supply of basic medications.

1300 Dr To Me – Home Doctor Service covers a large area in Perth, Western Australia. Home doctor visits are available in Perth from Joondalup to Kwinana.

We collect health information from patients to assist us with our internal policies and doctor home visits. This information is kept securely and only disclosed where medically appropriate within our team. We also act in accordance to RACGP Standards and the Privacy Act 1988 to secure patient health information.

Your Health

Continuity of Care for our patients is paramount to our home doctor service. When you get a visit from our home doctors, rest assured that we will communicate with your regular GP within 24-48 hours of your consult to communicate relevant information pertaining the doctor's visit.

Suggestions or Complaints

We would love to hear from you about our services. If you have any complaints, compliments or suggestions, please contact the office manager. We endeavour to resolve conflicts, complaints or dissatisfactions with our services in a confidential and respectful manner with our patients. If you feel that we have not been able to adequately address your concerns, you may choose to contact the Department of Health.
