An After Hours GP is a service provided to the community where the patient can access primary medical care outside normal hours of medical centre operations. After Hours GPs can provide you with effective assessment and treatment for your urgent medical symptoms. Our after hours GPs in Perth are ready on hand to visit your home and help diagnose & treat you without the need for you to leave the home. Our Perth home doctors come to you and are available after hours, on weekends & public holidays.


Our Call Centre is Open for Bookings from 6PM on Weekdays, 12Noon on Saturdays, and All Day on Sundays & Public Holidays.

Our After Hours Doctors can assist you with most acute medical conditions such as respiratory illness, gastric illness, infectious illness, eye related illness, ear associated illness, skin infections, common pain related illness, and/or unexpected injury. Our After Hours Doctors are highly experienced, and carry diagnostic and treatment supplies to assist you in the after-hours period.

After Hours Doctors provide medical care at the convenience of your home during the after-hours period when you are unable to access standard medical care. It is often convenient to avoid an unnecessary trip to the Emergency Department when your medical need is not an emergency, and assistance can be provided to you at home. 

Our GPs can provide you with basic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Where applicable, our After Hours Doctors can even provide starter dose for medicine to get you on the road to recovery from your illness. If your illness is urgent and requires emergency medical assistance, our doctors will provide you with a referral to the nearest Emergency Department and provide handover to ambulatory services (where applicable).

Our after hours home doctors provide medical care to patients requiring urgent medical care for non-life-threatening medical conditions. If you or your loved ones are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 000 immediately.

It is important to monitor patient’s health condition and symptoms while you are waiting for a doctor’s home visit. If a patient’s condition changes, please call 1300 Dr To Me (1300 37 86 63) to discuss this with our triage team. We may advise the patient to go to hospital or call triple zero for an Ambulance.

  • Our after hours GPs are equipped to provide medical treatment of common ailments.
  • Illnesses commonly treated by our doctors include, but are not limited to, acute respiratory illness, acute gastric illness, falls or physical injury, eye related illness, elderly ailments, migraines, headaches & vertigo, skin infections & rashes, asthma, ear aches & associated illnesses.
  • Our doctors carry medications on-hand that they can provide to you free of cost at the doctor’s discretion.
  • We can not provide services that require follow-up such as GP Mental Health Plans, Chronic Care Plans, Health Assessments, Pap Smears, Childhood Immunisations etc.

All our services are bulk-billed if you have a Valid Medicare or DVA Card.

  • For those who do not have a medicare card, there is a private fee of $140.00 for home doctor visits before 11PM, and $160 for visits after 11PM.
  • Overseas students who have overseas student health cover (OSHC), and overseas visitors health cover (OVHC) with Allianz, NIB, Medibank Private or Bupa, will be required to pay privately upon booking. We can provide a receipt for the doctor’s home visit, which you can lodge with your insurer for a refund.

When you speak to our triage team, please discuss with them the symptoms and condition of the patient. This will allow us to determine best option of care for the patient. We also require the following information for all appointments

Doctor's Visit

Our doctor will complete medical examination and provide medical treatment & medications where appropriate. We can also provide you with a free overnight supply of basic medications.

Pricing Policy

Our home doctor visiting services are completely Bulk-Billed, for patients with valid Medicare or DVA Card . If you do not have a valid Medicare or DVA card, then the following charges apply;

NO Medicare or DVA: Private fee applies. Call us for further details.

Your Privacy

We act in accordance to RACGP Standards and the Privacy Act 1988 to secure patient health information. We endeavour to forward all medical information for our patients to their regular GPs within 24 hours of consultation (working day timeframe).
